The next step was to make pictures of some vegetables. An orange has a size that can be scanned with the 2 x 3-elements microscopy array. One of these arrays is mounted under a special table, on which the orange stands; the other array is (very professionally) taped on the top the orange. A picture of this experiment should not be kept back:

The pictures were nice in the center of the orange. But at the bottom of the orange - where the quality should be much better - the picture showed a strange structure inside the orange:

   

The origin could have been in the electronic circuits. It could also be an artifact because the orange was moving, when the image was taken. The idea came up, that not the electronics had a problem, but the orange. So we cut the orange at the position where the scan was made and it came out, that the orange had a dry area at the bottom:

   

The controlling cut through the middle of the orange showed a nice juicy orange as expected.
